Payout Policy

The core mechanics below — minimum payout, monthly schedule, clearance period, and reversals — are final. A small number of items depend on the payout provider we use and are marked "to be confirmed" inline; we will update those here once confirmed.
1. Minimum Payout
A payout is issued once your cleared, payable balance reaches at least $25. Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.
2. Payout Schedule
Payouts run on a monthly cycle. On each cycle, eligible balances that have cleared and meet the minimum are paid out. Exact processing times depend on the payout provider and are to be confirmed.
3. Commission States
Each commission moves through three states before it reaches you:
- Pending — the referred payment has cleared but is within the 30-day clearance period. Held in case of refunds or chargebacks.
- Payable — the clearance period has passed with no reversal, and the commission is eligible for the next monthly payout (subject to the $25 minimum).
- Paid — the commission has been included in a completed payout to you.
4. Clearance Period
Commissions are held for a 30-day clearance period after the referred payment clears. This protects against refunds and chargebacks, which reverse the related commission before it is ever paid.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If a reversal occurs after a commission has been paid out, the amount may be deducted from your future balance. Commissions are never generated on failed, refunded, or charged-back payments.
6. Tax Information
Valid tax information must be on file before any payout is released. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the commissions you earn. Depending on your location and total earnings, we may be required to collect tax forms and report payments to tax authorities. Specific requirements are to be confirmed pending our payout provider.
7. Payout Methods
Available payout methods are to be confirmed pending selection of a payout provider. Details, supported countries, and any provider fees will be published here before the program opens.
