For Clubs & Courses
Competition your members
can actually play.
Club competitions usually ask a member to be free on one specific morning. Pin & Paper runs them across a week of eligible days on your own pin calendar — so the member with a job can enter, and the board still compares like with like.
How it works
Your golf calendar,
running the competition.
Your staff decide what is played and when it counts. Everything after that — scoring, boards, standings, handicaps — takes care of itself.
We set the club up with you
Course and tees, your pin calendar, your member roster, and the first competition on the board. Onboarding is the one-time setup fee — we do it with you rather than handing you an empty account.
Your staff set a competition
Choose a pin location and the eligible days are the days that carried it. Drop a day the setup changed; add one the calendar missed. Staff accounts are separate from member accounts by design.
Members play it on their own time
A competition runs across every eligible day rather than one morning. A member plays Thursday, plays again Sunday, and the better round counts — with both still on their record. Nothing is overwritten.
The board keeps itself current
It updates as cards come in and shows whose round is counting. Nobody re-types a scorecard, and nobody emails a spreadsheet on Monday morning.
The season decides something
Season standings follow from the competitions themselves, so the race your members are actually watching stays live all year and ends with a champion.
A week, not a tee time
Members with jobs can enter a club competition. That is the difference between a board with eight names on it and one with eighty.
Comparable, because the pins were
Rounds played days apart were played on the same golf course, because the eligible days are the days that carried that pin.
Live boards and standings
The competition board and the season race both keep themselves current, in front of the members watching them.
One place to run it
Member roster, staff seats, leagues and seasons, club handicaps, and your club's own calendar and time zone.
Club Licence
One licence. Every league.
Members play free.
One price whatever the club's size — no per-member maths, no seat counting. Your members never pay Pin & Paper anything to play in your competitions.

Tell us about your club.
Two minutes. We will talk through your golf calendar, how your members like to compete, and whether we are right for a club of your size. If we are not, we will say so.
