Pin & Paper for Country Clubs
Competition your members
can actually play.
Club golf gets scheduled for one morning and misses half the membership. Pin & Paper runs a competition across several eligible days, lets a member play it when they can get out, and counts their best round — with a live board and season standings behind it.
Officially launching January 2027

What your club gets
Built around how a club’s week really works.
A week, not a tee time
A competition runs across every eligible day rather than one morning. A member plays it Thursday, plays it again Sunday, and the better round is the one that counts — with both still on their record. Nothing is ever overwritten.
Comparable, because the pins were
Your pin locations, on your own daily calendar. Staff set a competition by choosing a pin location and the eligible days are the days that carried it — so rounds played apart are still played on the same golf course. Drop a day the setup changed; add one the calendar missed.
Live boards and season standings
The board updates as cards come in and shows which round is counting for whom. Season standings follow from the competitions themselves, so the race your members are actually watching keeps itself current.
One place to run it
Member roster, staff accounts for the people who run the golf, leagues and seasons, club handicaps, and your club's own calendar and time zone. Staff accounts are separate from player accounts by design.
