Brand & Asset Guidelines

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. The Pin & Paper Brand

Our identity is built on a small, deliberate set of elements: the interlocking P&P monogram mark, the "PIN & PAPER" wordmark, and our "Timeless & Refined" palette — led by Pin & Paper Sage (a muted green) on Heritage Cream. When you represent us, keep that identity intact.

These guidelines apply to approved creators alongside the Creator Program Agreement and Code of Conduct.

2. Allowed

  • Use the official Pin & Paper logo, unaltered, from the assets we provide.
  • Use our brand colors — Pin & Paper Sage and Heritage Cream — as accents around the brand.
  • Share genuine screenshots of the platform to show real features.
  • Use official creator assets and templates we make available.
  • Describe Pin & Paper accurately, in your own honest words.

3. Not Allowed

  • Altering the logo — recoloring, stretching, rotating, adding effects, or redrawing the mark.
  • False or misleading advertising about the platform, its features, or its pricing.
  • Pairing the brand with offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
  • Making misleading claims about results, earnings, or endorsements.
  • Impersonating Pin & Paper — implying you are an official account, employee, or spokesperson.
  • Using the brand in a way that suggests a partnership or approval that does not exist.

4. Enforcement

Misuse of the Pin & Paper brand may result in a request to take down the material, suspension of your creator account, forfeiture of commissions, or removal from the program, as described in the Code of Conduct.
